Before having a child I prided myself on having a rock-solid pelvic floor (thanks, yoga). But since giving birth I had all sorts of issues with weak pelvic muscles, especially incontinence. Even when I wasn't dealing with leakage, I just felt... weak, and not like myself. I've felt so much better since starting the treatment. It's easy and pleasurable, unlike the 300+ Kegels my doctor said I'd have to do each day to make a difference. It's been such a relief - and a confidence-builder - to feel this way again.
